Leading BPO service provider specialising in bespoke operational management and business solutions for clients across a broad range of sectors. 

The challenge

A strategic decision was made to outsource talent acquisition, enabling its HR team to focus on learning and development and supporting the general HR needs of the business. The company needs to attract talent for a range of customer advisory and support roles across all departments at offices in Cork and Dublin. In addition, it needs to recruit employees into non-advisory support roles (such as project managers).  The company is underpinned by advanced technology and therefore also needs to recruit professionals from a wide range of specialist disciplines such as applications development.

The benefits

M3S has also implemented a raft of process improvements such as new assessment centres for team leaders, which have raised efficiency and the perception of fairness. The RPO solution is highly flexible, enabling them to scale the team up and down to cope with peaks and troughs of recruitment activity throughout the year.
